At BERLOOK, we want you to feel confident in your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
